The staff was very friendly and professional. The barista made us our favourite cocktails, which was not on the usual menu, and it was a pleasant surprise. The room had a coffee/tea corner, and we really enjoyed that. The tram station was right in front of the hotel, and it was a 5 min walk to the Dusseldorf hbf. There were tons of restaurants and cafes around the hotel.

Everything was perfect. The location, room, common spaces, staff… it was a very clean and stylish place. I enjoyed my time here a lot, i felt very comfortable as if i were at my home. Every staff was nice but Gisella was exceptionally hospitable and kind. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

The room decor was beautiful—I really loved the modern design and the cozy ambiance. The location was perfect: far enough from the train station to feel safe (I wouldn't recommend staying too close to it) and just around the corner starts the "Little Tokyo"!

A very nice hotel with a stylish interior and extremely comfortable beds. The toiletries in the bathroom were a pleasant touch. It takes about 15 minutes on foot to reach the city center. The staff is also very professional and attentive.
